Nether funds

London:
Education is actually free for Nethers up till high school. That is, if you decide to study in Nether. But unlike the norm, I ended up stuck on Earth and studied there. So my parents were forced to pay. I told them I'd get a job but they insisted on paying. My father's a duke after all so I bet it's no big deal for him. Now, since I'm in college, my father (and like all the other Nether's in Nether) have saved up as much as he can to fund my college fees :)

Erika: 
You've heard about London's story. My family are pirates, so they've probably gotten lots of loots and treasures enough to pay for my college fees. Though it would've been much much cheaper if I'd gone to Andromeda, but I wanted to see London so much so I went to WCA.

Otto:
We run a jewelry shop aside from all the mining we do... Jewelry sells a lot. I don't know why I went to WCA though...

Eri:
We get money from doing different sorts of missions. Bigger pay are from royalty themselves. I can't say I've not done any dirty, evil, job (those pay even more...)
